What You Can Do This Week
Awareness without a next step fades. Pick two. Finish them before the week ends.
Personal reach
- Send one link to a friend who follows tech or politics. Add two sentences in your own voice. nakadafoundation.org/the-threat/
- Post one ready-made text from the resources page. Do not wait for the perfect wording.
- Print one PDF and leave it with a colleague, a teacher, or a staffer.
- Join the list at nakadafoundation.org/take-action/ so you hear about live policy windows.
Political reach
- Email your representative with the template on the resources page. Fill every bracket. Send it.
- Call the district office. Scripts are short on purpose. Staff tally calls.
- Ask for a specific act: support binding limits on frontier training, fund independent evaluation, back treaty talks.
If you have one hour
Do the email, one share, and the mailing list. That hour compounds; silence does not.
If you have a platform
Host a 20-minute briefing. Use the five-minute script, then take questions. Point people to the myths page when objections land.
If you give money
Fund advocacy and independent evaluation, not only lab-adjacent research. The bottleneck is political will and verified limits.
Pick two. Finish them. Come back next week.
